Payment Schedule
Bookings made more than 30 days prior to arrival
• 50% of the total rental amount is due at time of booking to secure your dates.
• The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival
Bookings made within 30 days of arrival
• Full payment is required at the time of reservation
Failure to remit the remaining balance by the due date may result in cancellation of the reservation.

Property Disclosure
The Cove is located on a shared waterfront property where the owners reside year-round.
Guests have their own cottage and outdoor seating area, with direct access to the waterfront.
The dock and water equipment are shared with the property owners, who typically give guests plenty of space to enjoy the waterfront during their stay.

Guests of The Cove have complimentary use of the following during their stay:
• Pedal boat
• 2 kayaks
• 1 canoe
• Adult and child life jackets
Use of all watercraft is at the guest’s own risk. Life jackets must be worn at all times while using water equipment.
The main dock and water equipment are shared with the property owners.
Guests have a designated waterfront seating area and direct lake access.
